Live Preparation


You heard Wakaba. It's time to prepare for a performance on Saturday! This post is simultaneously how AC will work at Miracle Live and how we put together out lives. All you need to do is reply with your character and tell me:
-What she's been doing this week in general.
-What she did to prepare for the live, and her part in it.

This will help build how your live goes on Saturday, and so feel free to reference anything that happens on the weekly log and edit your replies on the go if necessary. Replies are due by the end of Friday, midnight CST. Happy idoling!

Ayaka has been around all week trying to plug the club with her newspapers and keeping track of the news. She's going to be focused on publicity all week. For the live itself, she scouted the location and accidentally suggested Ryoko be the centre.

Rita Mordio's primary focus, upon being introduced to the opportunity at the local mall, is building a transportable set of the lighting equipment, including her signature towers. This does involve adapting to what stage is available at Southwest Mall, obviously, and scaling down some of the setup unless someone more social than her can get some roadies together.

Come just before showtime, Rita was working on the lighting and presumably audio rigs, only changing a few minutes before showtime since part of the setup had to wait for a bunch of kindergarten students!

She's so glad she hasn't had to Center yet...

First off, Usagi not only passed her math test, she did it with the best score she's gotten all year. It's not the highest in the class, but it's clear that she actually put the work in this time.

Second, she's been the social media girl this time around. Usagi's taking pictures during practice, she's posted the videos Ayaka took to this universe's equivalents of Instagram and Twitter, and she's clearly saying 'we're all working hard and want you to come see us' in the messaging.

What's happening in the live itself will be edited in!

Arianna is handing out flyers downtown since her OMG Cute Girl powers make her suited to attracting attention in person. She's also taking the opportunity to check out the stage so they can get ahead of any needed adjustments to their choreography.

And, apparently, supporting Ryoko for the center.

Ryoko's primarily focusing on polishing their choreography for the live and getting everyone else into shape too.

Adding my prep here since I don't know if I'll be able to add a new top-level before d&d!

Ryoko, having been volunteered as the center, has been buckling down for practice and polishing the performance as best she can in the time they've got. She's been picking up tips about adding more complex hand gestures to the choreography to make it look more impressive and has been practicing with Carmel for that while also making sure she looks cute as hell at the live itself.

Carmel is primarily focused on tightening up the choreography, but she's also running around looking for cute accessories to add to their costumes. Nothing over the top, but!! She thinks they could all benefit from some cute hair clips and maybe bracelets.
